Why hasn't someone thought of this campaign to combat the Clippers' gimmick Lob City?

Or is there one already in place that I haven't come across with?
I'm joining the communist now.. I don't like World peace...

Why does the subject use periods in the word "Lob"? Is LOB an acronym for something that I wasn't aware of?
