Couldnt we resign Sessions as the backup? Session, Mayo, grant hiljl and jordan hill would be a great bench.

Obvious no brainer, but not a single media person has jumped in on this report. Yet another radio rumor to flush? :toilet3:

They supposedly loved him when he looked good on the Pacers. His tenure on the Lakers has people calling him "McScrub."

So, they're currently in discussions? Wow, that would be huge. OJ would be a sparkplug off the bench and be able to back up Kobe. Last year was a travesty. Kobe had to play 38 minutes last year in the regular season. All because we had no freaking depth. OJ could play a huge part in solving that problem.

OJ can play pg a little. He did in Memphis. If we land Dwight then sign OJ and Grant to shore up the bench...we would be insane...barring injury.

do you ever give up eltoro? You've been informed multiple times, we couldn't afford him.

Yeah, we could've. We still could've made an offer of the MLE, but our Lakers front office didn't even try.

as Kobe ages.. we need more quality depth

OJ Mayo would be the perfect fit... missing link to our title run..

Get Mayo
sign G HILL

And how much was our MLE worth?

A) mini-mle
B) Lou is going to get paid double what we could have offered.

As others have said, learn the salary cap.

I didn't think that is correct. You say that Lou got twice the 3.5 mini MLE. So basically, you are saying that Lou Williams got $7M. No. I don't think so. Go check it. He got a lot less. He got $5M, not $7M.

Yeah, the MLE that we didn't have. The MLE is 5M, the MINI MLE, the one that WE have, is 3M. We couldn't afford him. Does this make sense to you?
