UFA small forward C.J. Miles drawing serious interest from Los Angeles Lakers, league source tells @sltrib.
C.J. Miles continues to explore free agent options and has narrowed decision to a few teams. Could sign in next 2-3 days.

And if they end up using it on Miles isn't that kind of a slap in the face for Jamison? He's clearly worth that money and we didn't give it to him.
I doubt Miles signs here for anything more than the vet. min.

I'm thinking it's the other way around. Maybe the Lakers are losing Ebanks and Eyenga in a D12 deal, and would need to get a SF to backup Ron and fill the void created by the loss of those two. The SF market in free agency was already slim before it started....
