Specifically, the DA in this case. Boy, he sure doesn't mind having his mug all on TV. I just saw him Fox 11 news rambling on about the case. He claims the evidence is beyond a reasonable doubt and Kobe's lawyers seem to think the evidence didn't even warrant a charge. Does this DA know what he is doing?

I understand all that but does he have evidence of sex or evidence of force? That's the big question. I smell a shakedown. You, know this just isn't Kobe on trial here, this is the whole NBA on trial right now.
