Kobe is soft like that. Just walking near a basketball court causes his body to break. Just look at his knee, multiple fingers, wrist, nose, etc. The refs take pity on him and charge fouls to the nearest opposing player. In this case, Wade. Crazy, huh?

It was clearly Kobe fouling himself, breaking his own nose and drawing blood just to make Wade look bad.

^^ It's true. In fact the NBA is planning on suspending Kobe for making Wade look like such a complete A-hole.

And while we're talking about it, don't you love that all the headlines about it on BSPN and NBA.com say "Kobe breaks nose at ASG" - like he actually did it to himself. No mention whatsoever that WADE BROKE KOBE'S NOSE WITH A BLATANT AND ADMITTEDLY PURPOSEFUL FLAGRANT FOUL AND ACTED LIKE A COMPLETE JERK AFTERWARDS. And yet, not a sniff of a suspension or a review of the play from the NBA brass. Why am I not surprised?

Obviously Wade did it to send the message to Kobe that the kind of stuff he likes to pull on other players doesn't work on him, and that he isn't gonna get away with it clean. Basically a "watch your step" and "not in my house" kind of message and to show Kobe not to get too cocky. We all know Wade doesn't respect Kobe at all and thinks that he deserves the spot to be the best SG in the league, especially from his previous attitude and comments pertaining to Kobe through the years.

I would be able to relate to him in the slightest if it was in a playoff game but a hard foul in a all star game where everyone's playing no D and just letting other people do a dunk show for the crowds? That's unacceptable, and as said before, Wade broke the All star game's silent code of conduct when he pulled that crap. He felt justified in doing that from his comment after the game and the fact he didn't even bother to show any concern or apologize to Kobe. Completely dirty, disrespectful, and horrible sportsmanship, even in the NBA standards, just from a player to player.

It is just like in hockey, if somebody nails your top player then you send out your enforcer to take care of the other guys top player. Ron Ron is our enforcer and it is time he earned his paycheck. Spread out DWade's nose all over his face Ron. Ron will be a hero in LA if he does. If not then the Lakers look like little b_tches and will get beat up the rest of the year. If Ron won't do it then Gasol should, maybe he will lose his soft guy image, wouldn't that be something. Then he can appoligize to DW afterwards. :man6:

I think the best way to get back at Wade is to take an offensive foul rather than a defensive foul. Give Artest the ball and charge right at Wade full speed and run him over. Ron is so awful on offense that nobody will think it's intentional.

The team has a mask ready for Kobe to wear. It is up to him to test it out and decide if he wants to wear it in game action or not.

The league has a form of restraining order for Wade. Anyone gets within 20 feet and a foul's called. At the same time they put a hit out on Kobe.
