Why kobe faces prison time...

Ladies and Gentleman this is why Kobe faces prison. And this is the person to why Rasho? If it had not been for Rasho trying to block Kobes tomahawk in the playoffs and subsequently hurting his shoulder. Kobe would never have had to go to Vail Colorado to see a specialist about his shoulder. Had it not been for Rasho th Lakers may even had won the title and certainly would not be in the trouble he is in now with this girl.

I thought Kobe was in Vail for his knee and not his shoulder.

I can't believe they are so tough on KOBE!!! 4-20 years in jail!!

Look at that OLD MAN in that SANTA MONICA incident.... his [Swearing is not permitted at Clublakers. You must edit this post prior to submitting.] is home... without any bail!!!!! KOBE PAID $25,000 to bail himself out!!
I don't think that is fair. Yea, KOBE maybe assaulted a ONE GIRL maybe.

First off all lets not jump to conclusions, Kobe just like everyone else has to deal with temptations and the Devil, Kobe has to worry about Salvation before his life on earth, remember Kobe has a God, and he has to answer to his God for his actions.

if Kobe did it, he derserves it.. but i dont think he raped her

Rape is an intentional act, what the old man did was not

does it make it right or fair? its up to you... but you cant blame them for being harsh on Kobe.. as long as they remembers he INNOCENT until proven GUILTY

I disagee Kobe Faan, If Kobe really raped her, he should be punished, that could have been your sister, or mother. BUT KOBE DIDNT RAPE HER.

but.. are you saying that Raping someone is worse than Killing 9 people and permanently disfiguring 50 others??? Even if the old man did not mean it to be intentional.... he KILLED 9 people and they will never come back. How could he just walk away from that police station without even having to post bail???? KOBE posted $25,000 bail on an accusation.... while the old man Killed 9 injured 50+(with dead bodies still present) and he goes off a free man. How can this be fair?...
KOBE's case is a "he said she said"..... while the old mans case has PROOF of involuntary manslaughter written all over the pavement of SANTA MONICA!!!

My point was not to make you all hate Rasho i was just saying that an item of no importance can really affect the world that we live in proving the theory that if you went back in time a few billion years and stepped on a bug, you could alter time as we know it forever. I meant no harm with this thread Its just that I got into this line of what ifs and hence I came up with this BS theory. It was more joke on those erratic conspiracy theorists who believe the government is out to get them. Granted I probably could have stretched this out to the time in which Rasheed Wallace hit the big three when the season was coming to an end but I chose not to be too off the wall.
