What are the lakers going to do when andrew bynum becomes the next shaq and brown is accustomed to playing the 5?

Bynum will become the next Shaq the minute Diop becomes the next Kareem and Dampier becomes the next Hakeem.

Next Shaq, eh? Well, if it happens it won't be next year, maybe not even the following season so it won't be a big deal.

Bynum never will be the next Shaq. However I expect him to be a really good player. Bynum could play the 5 and Kwame the 4. If Kwame can just defend and Bynum be our shotblocker then our future will be fine.

But Bynum could really improve his play the next few seasons and then he could play 5 kwame 4... but let's see what happens in off season!! :man13:

I agree with your assessment of Bynum. I think that before Bynum will be a key player at the 4/5, Turiaf will be our 4. With Turiaf at the 4, Kwame going back and forth, and Bynum backing up Kwame at the 5, we would have three talented defensive players, I think.

I hate that Tex. came out and said Brown doesnt have a competitive nature, and that he just doesnt seem to care. Bynum seems to care and seeing how he went at shaq also seems to have a little bit of a competitive nature

I really dont get how everyone thinks bynum is the savior of this team. :man3:

He is going to be a solid center one day. That's about it. Kwame is way more important over the next 2-3 years than Bynum.

Da kidd is only 18, he will definitely develop his game especially wit Kareem showing him da ropes. Hopefully we'll see a lot of dis :ball2:
