Bynum for Josh Smith?

according to sources josh smith is on the trading block. Atlanta wants to get bigger and wants al horford to play power forward rather than center. They paid horford the money and want him to be the future rather than josh smith. So here is a question would you trade bynum for josh smith?

Atlanta would do it because they get a true center who can gaurd dwight and let horford play his natural position. Josh smith is a 6'9 power forward who has all the athletic ability in the world and can be an anwser for us in the near future. Bynum is a high risk, high reward, but josh smith would do other things to help us win rather than scoring. let's face it when bynum comes back, he is gonna want touches which will take away from pau's game. Josh smith gets most of his points from tip ins and fastbreaks, he is a solid rebounder and a very good anchor for the defense.

why should we go after another SF when we already have Artest, Barnes, Luke? also Josh is a bit of a tweener like hmmm...Lamar Odom. Bynum is one of a kind.

Sure with the injuries it is getting harder to defend Bynum...if you are on the bench, then nobody cares how good you are...with that said, I'm willing to take the risk, Bynum is barely 23.

Lakers don't need to trade Bynum for Josh Smith. I wouldn't mind a Sasha-Ratliff trade for a center, but would have preferred LA just sign Josh Boone this past offseason instead of Ratliff. Before the Boone sucks starts, I'm not saying he is anything other than a role player, but he is young and not hurt and could have supplied some useful minutes til Drew comes back.

We can get better players in a trade for Bynum.
