Carlos Delfino ... scouting report?

Carlos Delfino ... scouting report?

Postby sister golden hair on Tue May 30, 2006 5:31 pm

Can anyone point me to a scouting report for Carlos Delfino? He was considered a prize catch when the Pistons drafted him a few years back, but has never really gotten consistent burn. From what I can see, he has some skill (as do a lot of the Argentinian players). Might he be another player like Diaw (formely in ATL) who is simply not on the reight team, and hence canot flourish?

Despite Sasha's incremental improvement, I wouldn't mind seeing Delfino in LA. ANyone know his contract status? Can anyone who has seen him play break his game down in terms of strengths and weaknesses?

Yet another flip mistake. Delfino plays D, is long and fast. I would happily take him

He's on a team heavy with Vets and that means he'll develop slow but well.

I've looked at him close being the Gold Pistons GM and he may still be a big prize.

Thanks, Phil. Can you tell me a bit more about his game? WHat is his contract status?
