If the price is right for Bibby, then it's right for someone better, too.

Sacramento would not let Bibby go.

They'll be lucky to hold onto Artest. I think that would be their first question to answer. After that, Bibby will be wrapped up quickly - very quickly - by the Kings.

He is wrapped up...for several more years. But he won't opt out.

From what I heard, their entertaining offers for Bibby right now.

Me too, but that rivalry is basically over. He is a legitimate offensive threat and the Lakers 2008 plan appears to be hot air. Let's not sacrafice another year.

If we trade Mihm's 11 Million, that is very close to Bibby's 12-14 milion. We saw what the cost of having an incosistent point guard start.

Sasha hustles but he is not a starter. Pay the money for playoff victories.

If we keep Mihm, Abomb doesn't get enough minutes.

Pull, the trigger, Mitch!

Without Bibby, the Kings would probably have the first pick in the NBA draft.

If Sacramento let Bibby go, I'd be more assured then ever that they're gearing up to move the team to Vegas. One of the first things moving teams often do is flush out their high salaried players. Getting rid of Bibby would be resetting the team for a fresh start.

Entertaining offers doesn't necessarily mean they're going to move him either. Every team entertains offers allyear long, but they normally mean nothing.

If bibby would take the mle I would welcome him with open arms. I might even find it in my heaert to forgive him for being a queen.

no way! he has a terrible shooting motion (jumps sideways and shoots from his chest) and he shoots too much. doesnt play D, turnover-prone, cocky, crybaby, his team will NEVER be better than the lakers. lakers need to go elsewhere for pg help

Yeah I know that Bibby will probably want more than the mle and he deserves it, but I dont know if the lakers would offer him anymore seeing how phil would prefer a bigger point gaurd and the lakers only need a point gaurd who can defend and hit an open shot, and the lakers can get someone else who can do that for a lot cheaper.

Assuming he comes he and at a decent price no. We have enough point guards and we dont need another ball dominant one that's not a very good passer is relatively short.
