Lakers could add Farmar if they could acquire another player or their 18th draft pick. Minnesota acquires two young players and if Lakers could add Farmar, they receive nice trio of young players. All three players are expiring contracts technically, two players with qualifying offer. Only if Lakers could convince the Minny to take on Sasha.

Mike Miller is also an expiring contract, so it wouldn't hurt for the Lakers, considering that with Fisher's contract off, they could save about $15M.

Minny won't do that. Esp. since Miller's contract is expiring. They could get WAY better offers.

That's why I'm saying, if they could add Farmar and receive a player back to make salary work, it could work. Sasha just has two years after this season and both Farmar and Morrison is technically expiring. If Morrison gets chance and can prove it that he is the number three pick, they might as well have found a gem. All three players are young that fits Minnesota's core. They really could use Farmar at the point. Randy Foye is more of a combo guard, then there's washed up Ollie and Telfair. They do not have a sharp shooter besides Miller, but he's had problems with injuries.
