as much as u guys want to trade mihm, odom and others for point guards/power forwards and lottery picks, its NOT gonna happen!

the roster the lakers curently have is solid and contains many hard-working young players with tons of potential

lakers should just upgrade roster with 26th pick (pg) and 51st pick

during the offseason, if the team perfects the triangle and begins to gel together, they can get even further than last year

we need a solid PG. not a player who loses his composure just 5 minutes into a game.

we need a defensive monster, a la bruce bowen, artest, quinton ross, ben wallace, etc. someone who can lock down on defense at a given position. SG is done, since kobe is there. kwame? hm...he'll suffice at C; while bynum is solid off the bench. odom? errr, when he's on the bench, i'd like a defensive stopper, instead of soft cook-ie. luke walton? hm, he got burned kenny thomas, enough said.

i'd really like a defensive stopper at the SF or PF positions. along with that solid solid PG who doesn't get smoked by every PG in the NBA.

Well I do believe Mihm is gone. There is really no reason for him to be on the roster now that Kwame has taken the starting C job and we are mentoring Bynum so he needs PT. Plus this is the last year of his deal and we probaly won't resign him. I expect Mihm to be traded for a PG.
