The free agent I'd most like to see us sign...

Is Al Harrington. PG is a weakness on our team no doubt, but I think we'd be better with Harrington than any of the free agent PG's available.

He would be great for us. We need an PG also

Lakers need an interior defender. Harrington is not one.

i hope harrington will settle with us, thats a steal for the mle. but there is no way he will get 5 million.

i was just wondering, is there any possiblity that the lakers can trade for both Chris Bosh and Jamal Crawford, for next season. NewYork has way to may guards, and CV is the man in Toranto. I was just wondering about trading guys like Lamar Odom( I dont care what anybody says, i did not his game this, or last) Mihim(I like Mihim, but Bosh and Crawford are better), D.George, or anybody to get them.

theres no way lakers can trade for bosh but they can sign him when hes a FA

Al does have a house in LA, but that doesn't mean anything...

Al harrington lol...Come on now hes gonna get a 50-60 mill dollar contract hes not worth it at all. Unless we can get him for MLE, which will not happen. Plus we have many many many Sf's.. A deal that would make sense is frye and crawford for Odom. I just hope the lakers get smart and sell high on kawme..Trade him to the knicks they take every crappy player.

We'd have to offer the farm to get Frye. He's one of the few bright spots on that Knicks roster, they won't deal him, unless they get something extraordinary in return. It'd take a lot more than Odom to get him and J-Craw.

i like him hes athelitc and fast and strong at that pf and he could step a little outside. just a little

It seems as if LA is determined to play Kwame at the 4, Mihm at the 5. Then the following year, when Mihm is gone, Bynum will be the man at the 5, I suppose...with Kwame doing some backup time at 5 and Turiaf backing up 4. We need a PF...unless one of two things happens: Turiaf proves that he can play 25+ minutes per game (which doesn't seem wholly unlikely, but it's a bit of a longshot) or Kwame/Mihm prove that one can play the 4.

We need a PG no matter what. So you sign the PG with the MLE.

So these following players I'd want for MLE: Terry, Banks, Wilcox, Harrington.

I don't know about Terry. He's getting old. Harrington should get more. Wilcox can become a restricted FA is Sonics make a Qualifying Offer. I imagine they will. Then it won't really matter what we offer. He and Kwame would be a nice duo though...very nice.

Im sorry, but ive never been impressed with AL, his jumpshot is hideous. We need a proven talent, or one with no dout potential.

Too bad it would be easier to get KG than him, Magic aren't stupid. They know they have one of the future best big men in the NBA. Outside of Kobe, we don't have anything that could possibly even make them think about shipping Dwight out to LA.

Maybe we can work some crazy multi-team deal and trade Kobe and pick up Dwight and Chris Paul.

Mostly by giving us another player who can score, but he can also rebound and play defense against guys that aren't bigger than him. He's not the best player, but he's the best player we can get. We could use a PG that can play defense, but I don't think we'll get one. With Harrington we could be one of the top offenses in the league.

of all the knicks dumb deals, this is the one player they did not deal which was probably their best move. i don't think he'll be moved, but again its zeke at the controls over there so anything is possible.
