PG Trade Idea

Not saying this could or ever would happen, but....

Jordan Farmer, Sasha Vujacic, Mbenga, and Addem Morrison to the Bulls for Kirk Hinrich and Arron Grey.

The only reason the Bulls would ever do this would to free up more room next summer. Farmer, Morrison and Mbenga all come off the books, and Sasha would provide a shooter off the bench to fill a small portion of Gorden's Void. They would also be getting rid of Hinrich contract 10mil/year for the next 4 years, so the end up having an Additional 6 mill for next summer.

Why the Lakers do this, because the see Kirk Hinrich as there starting PG. Fisher can start but Hinrich would play a Ginobili like role coming off the bench a few minutes after the tip.

The lineup would be
Fisher\Hinrich\Brown
Bryant\Hinrich\Brown
Artest\Walton\Odom
Gasol\Odom\Powell
Bynum\Gray\Powell

There is 0 chance that Buss would ever do that. Just think that's Kobe at 23mil, Gasol at 16mil, Bynum 12mil, Odom 8mil, and Hinrich 10mil. 69 mil for just the 5 players that would be the tax this yr.

I would rather trade Odom to Chicago for Hinrich / Tyrus as many posters have suggested.

Odom wants 10 million and that is a lot to pay our 6th man. 9 million to Hinrich is ok because he would be our starting PG and Tyrus would be our backup big.
