Lakers Trade: Kwame Brown, Lamar Odom, Andrew Bynum, 1st rd in 08
Lakers Get: Kevin Garnett, Troy Hudson

Minn Trades: KG, Hudson
Minn Gets: Jermaine O'Neal, Andrew Bynum

Indiana Trades: Jermaine O'Neal
Indiana Gets: Lamar Odom, Kwame Brown, Lakers 1st rd in 08

Comments? (It works Trade Machine-wise and 3 teams get an all star)

so unless your saying kevin garnett plays center we have a lineup of farmar, kobe, walton (assuming he comes back), vlad, and KG. Unless MLE is used to replace someone on lineup this still makes us a sub-par or at best average defensive team. I think lakers have shown this season that they can definitely score but they have no defense. This trade doesnt help them defensively but it might have made them a little better offensively since we have a more consistent second go to guy. Overall, I think we are givin up way too much.

In my opinion I think they should go for a jermaine o'neal trade involvin less playas to trade --while losin either odom or bynum and not both-- and hope KG comes nex year when he might want to opt out if things dont change again.

The direct route would be:

Lakers trades: Lamar, Kwame, Jordan
Lakers get: KG, Hudson

i would rather keep kwame for defense instead of bynum. bynum is weak inside, kwame can at least show some interior defensive presence

is that the worst trade in NBA history? it seems so...

Kwame, Bynum, Lamar and 1st?

and who plays C? Phil Jackson? we would waste all of our assets for one player and go nowhere.

Worst trade is a bit too far KB, you could easily sign Mihim for vet min or pick up a center with the full MLE. I agree its too much though.
