I think both player can really help our team if we can find a way to trade for both of them.

Thomas is restricted and Felton unrestricted. With Felton we get our starting PG and Thomas can be a solid backup PF of the bench. To complete this deal, we'll need to include LO. Thomas might not do all the things LO can do, but he can surely rebound and defend, scoring is not really a problem for us.

A package of LO + ST (Farmar or Brown) can make this deal work.
